These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website drinx.is and all purchases made through the platform.
The seller is Pronto Nordic ApS, a Danish private limited company, Icelandic ID no. 521222-9800, VAT no. 147254. Pronto Partners ehf., ID no. 630822-1140, VAT no. 146095, operates the website and the service in Iceland on behalf of the seller. Drinx.is operates as an online marketplace platform where independent licensed alcohol retailers (“Retailers”) may list and sell alcoholic beverages and related products to customers in Iceland.
By registering an account, placing an order or otherwise using the platform, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Age Restriction:
Customers must be at least 20 years old and provide accurate registration information. Drinx.is and participating retailers reserve the right to verify age upon delivery or pickup.
Marketplace Model:
Drinx.is acts solely as a marketplace platform connecting customers and independent retailers. Retailers are independently responsible for licensing, inventory, product quality, fulfillment and compliance with Icelandic law.
Product Information and Pricing:
All prices displayed include applicable VAT. Product descriptions, pricing and availability may occasionally contain errors. Retailers reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory shortages, pricing errors or other fulfillment issues.
Orders and Payment:
Orders become binding once payment has been successfully processed and the customer receives confirmation by email.
Delivery and Pickup:
Customers may choose home delivery or pickup where available. Valid identification may be required upon delivery or pickup.
Returns and Refunds:
Returns are generally only accepted for defective, damaged or incorrect products. Refunds approved by the retailer are normally processed within 14 business days.
Consumer Rights:
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under Icelandic law.
Limitation of Liability:
Drinx.is shall not be liable for indirect damages, delivery delays, technical interruptions or actions of participating retailers.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by Icelandic law and disputes may be brought before the District Court of Reykjavík.
